Depending on where your product is coming from, you are likely to wait between 4 and 14 days for delivery. The vast majority of products will be delivered within 10 days.

Please check where you have ordered from and whether the supplier has provided tracking information, and contact us with your order number, personal details and tracking information. we will do our best to advise and /or resolve the situation in a timely manner.

This depends on why you are returning the product. Please contact us in the first instance. If your item has been damaged in transit, please return the item to us at our returns address, and we will arrange for a refund for you – allowing you to re-purchase if desired (this is by far the fastest method of resolving such issues available.

We would always ask that you contact us at admin@petztuff.co.uk in the first instance so that we can attempt to find a reasonable solution for you. We understands that things do happen, and appreciate the chance to make whatever has happened right.

We also understand that you may feel that our service is not sufficient (or feel that we have been very helpful and have done well!) In these cases, we provide review apparatus on each product and of course there is google reviews to review our company should you choose to. We take all feedback (informal or formal) very seriously and use it to not only find a solution for your current issue, but to try and prevent such things happening again by improving our services across the board.
